i was incredibly fortunate to have been selected to attend the Magnum Urban Landscape Photography Workshop in HongKong with Jean Gaumy. Jean has spent his life photographing some of the most dangerous parts of the world. reflecting back on why i wanted to learn with him (more instinctive than rational) - i came to understand that i wanted a different dimension to my work of danger, risk and darkness.
these photographs were taken with the Fuji in the late-late night and early hours of the morning.
